TPO Roofing

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a modern roofing System, that was developed in the 90s.  TPO is a single-ply reflective rubberized membrane that is rapidly gaining traction in the roofing industry.  Since introduced, it has proved itself as a cost-effective long-lasting solution for roofing problems.  Fast installation and its reflective nature make TPO an excellent choice for flat roofing applications.

Installation:

Before installation can begin the roof is prepped by removing excess gravel.  Insulation is laid on the roofing surface and then TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane is fastened to the roofing substrate. The seams of the TPO membrane are heat welded together.  Heat welded TPO provides a strong long-lasting water tight seal.  TPO is extremely resistant to UV, heat and all weather extremes. TPO Roofs can last up to 50 years. A First Out TPO roof may be the last roof you ever need for your dwelling.
