TPO - What is TPO roofing?

TPO (thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a roofing membrane used on flat roofing projects.  Since introduced, it has proven itself as a cost effective and long lasting solution for commercial roofing.   It’s white surface reflects solar thermal energy reducing your energy cost substantially over tar and gravel roofs.  First Out Roofing is a leader in environmentally friendly roofing solutions.  If you are need of commercial roofing call us for a free inspection and consultation.

Roofing Installation:

Before installation can begin the roof is prepped by removing excess gravel.  Insulation is laid on the roofing surface and then TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane is fastened to the roofing substrate. The seams of the membrane are heat welded together.  Heat welding provides a strong long-lasting water tight seal.  TPO is extremely resistant to UV, heat and all weather extremes. TPO Roofs can last up to 50 years. A First Out commercial roof may be the last roof you ever need for your property.
